There is an office located at the Arrivals in Terminal 3.

Service hours: 07:00 am to 05:00 pm, Mon-Fri, 07:00 am to 03:00 pm Sat-Sun.

Find an office also at Arrivals in Terminal 3, in the baggage claim area.

Service hours: Daily from 07:00 am to 11:30 pm.

Luggage storage

At Rome Airport there is luggage storage located in the International Arrivals of Terminal 3.

Service hours: Daily from 06:30 am to 11:30 pm.

Fares: € 6.00 each suitcase / 24 hours.

Please note that a luggage porter service is available for free at theterminals, passengers should request it at the ADR information desks.

Nursery

The nursery is accessible to all passengers and provides facilities to assist travellers with very young children (baby’s bottle heater, beds, changing-table).

Locations:

- Terminal 2 at the departures area.

- Terminal 3, near the Sky Bridge.

Prayer rooms

A multi-faith prayer room can be found in the International Arrivals of Terminal 3.

Catholic Chapel

Find the Catholic Chapel in the International Departures of Terminal 3.

First aid

For those passengers in need of medical assistance, there is a First aid centre in Rome Airport open 24/7 providing immediate medical assistance to all passengers who request it.
