In 2016, a study made by ACI (Airport Council International association) mesured the quality and the passenger satisfaction amongst 250 worldwide airports. Rome Airport was the most passenger satisfaying airport in Europe.

- Atahotel Executive Centre: it offers spots with internet, fax machines, photocopiers and a post-office

Kiss & Go Area

To make the space more efficient the Rome Airport counts with the Kiss & Go area, a very special and new service which lets you stop during 15 minutes in both departures and arrivals areas of the Terminals 1,2 and 3. It is the modern system than ensures a quick, safe and free stop for everyone who needs to bring or pick up somebody at the Rome Airport. It definetely helps the airport to be more fluid and efficient.

Airlines Lounges

British Airways has its lounge on the floor 2 of Terminal 3. Alitalia has lounges in all 3 passenger stations, Air France on the floor 3 of Terminal 2, Italitour in Terminal 3 and Cisalpina on the floor 1 of Terminal 1. In Departures area of Terminal 1, there is a lounge for people with disabilities (Sala Amica), managed by Alitalia and where other airlines can also make reservations.

- Terminal 1: information desk at the departure/check-in area open from 07:15h to 23:30h
- Terminal 1: information desk at arrivals area, close to post office, open from 07:15h to 15:00h 
- Terminal 2:  information desk at the arrivals area, at the exit after luggage delivery area open from 07:15h to 15:00h
- Terminal 3: information desk at the departures check-in area. Open 24 hours.
- Terminal 3: information desk at the arrivals area, at the exit after luggage delivery area, open from 07:15h to 15:00h

All these information points have an Interactive Information Point which can be used by passengers on wheelchairs and are available from 07:15h to 23:30h.


The Nursery area is accessible to all passengers and it provides with facilities to assist travellers with very young children (baby's bottle heater, beds, changing-table). They are located at:

- Terminal 2 at the departures area
- Terminal 3, near the Sky Bridge
