First aid

For those passengers in need of medical assistance, there is First aid centre in Rome Airport open 24/7, it provides immediate medical assistance to all passenger who request it.

Pharmacy

In both Terminal 1 and Terminal 3 there are pharmacies:

 

- Terminal 1: Check-in area

- Terminal 3: Departures, second level

 

Please note that there are three pharmacies which don't issue prescriptions. Location: Befor boarding area D, footcourt E gates and boarding area E51-61.

 

Kiss & Go Area

To make the most of the airport facilities, Rome Airport counts with the Kiss & Go area, a very special and new service which lets you stop during 15 minutes in both departures and arrivals areas of the Terminals 1, 2 and 3.

It stands for a modern system that ensures a fast, safe and free stop for everyone who needs to bring or pick up somebody at Rome Airport. It definitely helps the airport to be more fluid and efficient.


Airport Lounges

Terminal 1:

- VIP Lounge: Location: Terminal 3, Boarding Area D. This lounge is handled by Aviapartner.

Services: comforatable seating, food corners, newspapers and magazines, entertainment screens, meet and greet, among others.

 

Service hours: 05:30 am to 08:30 pm.

 

Access fare is of € 26.00 (adults) and € 13.00 (passengers under 16 years old).

 

- Passenger Lounge: Location: Terminal 3, Boarding Area E. Access is granted to all passengers from any airline and class.

 

Services: Food corners, meet and greet, newpapers, magazines, showers and entertrainment screens. Other services: 3D virtual glasses.

Service hours: 06:15 am to 11:45 pm.

Access fare: €30.00 (adults), €15.00 (passengers under 16 years old).

 

Terminal 3:

Lost property

For any item lost prior and at the security check area, please contact: +39 06 65955253.

There is an office located at the Arrivals in Terminal 3. Service hours: 07:00 am to 05:00 pm, Mon-Fri, 07:00 am to 03:00 pm Sat-Sun.

 

For items lost on airside or after security, please contact: +39 06 65953313.

Find an office also at Arrivals in Terminal 3, in the baggage claim area. Service hours: Daily from 07:00 am to 11:30 pm. Please note that offers 24h assistance.

 

 

Luggage storage

At Rome Airport there is luggage storage located in the International Arrivals of Terminal 3.

Service hours: Daily from 06:30 am to 11:30 pm.

Please note that a luggage porter service is available for free at the airport terminals. Passengers should request it at the ADR information desks.

Information points

Rome Airport have at their passengers' disposal:

- Terminal 1: Information desk at the departure/check-in area open from 07:15 am to 11:30 pm.
- Terminal 1: Information desk at arrivals area, close to post office, open from 07:15h to 15:00h 
- Terminal 2:  Information desk at the arrivals area, at the exit after luggage delivery area open from 07:15h to 15:00h
- Terminal 3: Information desk at the departures check-in area. Open 24 hours.
- Terminal 3: Information desk at the arrivals area, at the exit after luggage delivery area, open from 07:15h to 15:00h

All these information points have an Interactive Information Point which can be used by passengers on wheelchairs and are available from 07:15h to 23:30h.

 


Nursery

The Nursery area is accessible to all passengers and provides facilities to assist travellers with very young children (baby's bottle heater, beds, changing-table). They are located at:

- Terminal 2 at the departures area
- Terminal 3, near the Sky Bridge

 

 

Prayer rooms

A multi-faith prayer room can be found in the International Arrivals of Terminal 3.

 

 

Catholic Chapel
